What you're actually buying.
Tokens are how AI counts text — roughly ¾ of a word each. Both the question and the answer count, so one back-and-forth typically costs a few hundred.
Your allowance covers a calendar month and starts fresh on the 1st. Unused tokens don't carry over, and there's no way to overspend — the chatbot simply stops replying until the month turns or you upgrade.

About paying.
Will I be charged automatically? expand_more
No. Each plan is a single payment covering a fixed period. Nothing renews on its own, so there's no subscription to remember to cancel — when it runs out you choose whether to buy again.
What happens when I run out of tokens? expand_more
Your chatbot stops replying until the next calendar month begins or you upgrade. Your website itself is completely unaffected, and you're never charged for going over.
Do unused tokens roll over? expand_more
They don't. Usage is counted per calendar month and the meter resets to zero on the 1st, whatever you did or didn't use.
Is the free plan a trial? expand_more
No — it doesn't expire and it isn't a cut-down version. You get the same automatic website reading, the same customisation and the same analytics, just a smaller monthly allowance.
How is the website limit counted? expand_more
By verified websites. A domain you've added but not yet verified doesn't count against your plan, so you can get one set up before deciding to upgrade.
How do I pay? expand_more
Through Razorpay, with the card, UPI or netbanking options it offers. Your upgrade activates as soon as the payment is confirmed — and if your browser closes mid-payment, it still activates once Razorpay tells us it went through.
